Please note that if you have to cancel an appointment we ask for at least 24 hours notice so that another patient may be offered your appointment. A fee will be charged for wasted professional time due to failed appointments or late cancellations - this is currently £20 per 15 minutes.

 

Any changes to Monday appointment need to be made by 4:30pm on the preceding Thursday.
